Happy Birthday, Dad!

Today is Dad's birthday, and even though we are far away in Tennessee, we hope he is having the BEST DAY! :) We got to see the whole Ross family a couple of weeks ago at the beach, and it was nice to spend some time with the man behind this whole Team G Shock thing! We even ran a race while we were up there, which I will have a recap of soon!

In the meantime, Happy Birthday Dad! :) Love you!

Upcoming Races!

Hello world! :) Its been a few weeks since we last blogged, but we're here and I promise working on some things for Team G Shock!

We have 2 races coming up soon that we are excited about. On Monday, July 4th, we will run the Rusty Rudder 5k up in Dewey Beach, DE. We're heading up tonight for a weekend of fun in the sun with the Ross family, and can't wait!

Then next month, on August 13th we will run the East Nashville Tomato 5k for the 2nd time as part of the East Nashville Tomato Festival! It was a lot of fun last year, even though it was one of the hardest 5ks we've run (think HILLS, lots of hills). We're looking forward to trying it again!

And even though our schedules have been crazy between work, the new puppy and traveling, we're still training with our friends over at Crossfit CFT. We're having a blast and getting stronger by the day. We're hoping to do some team competitions with them, and will be sure to update you all on that.
