Whew! That last race update took FOR-EV-ER to get up! Between the new house, getting settled in at my new job, and just all around being busy, it fell to the wayside. But, Team G Shock did not! In the beginning of August, we officially started training for the Army Ten Miler. We're excited for the race, and want to make sure we are ready!
We running 3-4 times per week, and building up our long runs on Sundays. Its been a lot, but we're feeling good, and excited to keep adding more miles to the bank! We just ran our long run for this week, and we're up to 5 miles - halfway there!
In the meantime we're looking for some races in our new neighborhood, so we'll see what we can find!
